The design of the residential scheme, spread across 7 acres, revolved around the seemingly antonymous concepts of privacy and openness. Through the orientation of villas and landscape design we achieved privacy for each villa from the road while maximising the views and sense of openness. The natural contouring on site enhanced the play of the villas in the third dimension as well. The design aimed at maximising open space within the site for amenities and to create a microcosm within the 7 acres.
